Shipping Policy
Domestic Shipping (Within India)
Charges
We charge ₹100 per kilogram for deliveries within India.
If your order weighs more than 1 kg, the shipping fee is calculated based on the total weight.
Examples:
- 2 kg = ₹200
- 3 kg = ₹300
Delivery Timeline
Orders are typically delivered within 7–10 days from the date of dispatch.
Shipping Address
- All parcels will be sent to the shipping address you provide during checkout.
- If you need to update your address, please email us at contact.vastramfashion@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at 9016693145 within 24 hours of placing your order.
Delivery Partners
- Our primary domestic courier is DTDC.
- If your location is not serviceable, we will ship via India Post or another available courier service.
International Shipping
Worldwide Delivery
We ship to most countries worldwide. To view shipping charges, simply add your products to the cart, enter your delivery address, and our system will calculate the cost automatically.
Customs & Duties
Any applicable customs duties, VAT, or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Courier Partners
We ship through trusted international courier partners like DHL and FedEx.
Estimated Delivery Time
International orders are usually delivered within 20–25 days after dispatch.
Address Changes
- Ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
- For changes, contact us at contact.vastramfashion@gmail.com or via WhatsApp (9016693145) within 24 hours of placing the order.
Note: All prices include GST. Customs duties, if applicable in your country, are charged separately.
Damaged Items Policy
At Vastram Fashion, we take great care to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition. Every product is carefully inspected before dispatch.
If your order arrives damaged:
- Record a clear opening video of the package.
- Email the video to contact.vastramfashion@gmail.com or send it via WhatsApp (9016693145) for review.
- Once verified, we will process your refund to your original payment method.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing:
- Your tracking number
- A link to track your shipment
- Courier service details
You can also track your order directly on our website by clicking "Order Tracking" and entering your tracking number.
