Return Policy
If you have received a product in damaged condition or if the package appears tampered with:
- Please refuse to accept the delivery.
- Immediately email us at contact.vastramfashion@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 9016693145 with your order ID.
- We will replace it with a new product at no additional cost.
If damage or stains are found after opening the package:
Important: You must send us an uninterrupted opening video of the package within 24 hours of delivery.
- The video must be recorded in one continuous take (no pauses or edits).
- Without this video proof, we will not be able to process a return.
- Send the video via email to contact.vastramfashion@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 9016693145.
Once we verify the video, we will process the return/refund. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method for the product cost only (shipping charges are non-refundable). This will be completed within 5–7 working days after we receive the returned product.
Important Notes for Return & Exchange
- Products must be unused and unwashed.
- Requests not raised within 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
- Minor alterations (tightening/loosening) can be done by your local tailor. Major fitting issues will be handled by us — courier charges in such cases must be borne by the customer.
- All returned products go through a quality check before a refund/exchange is processed.
- The original tags and packaging must be intact when returning the product.
- For international orders, please email us or WhatsApp for specific return/exchange assistance.
